One of the major philosophy of management isthat- “Do the right thing by the right people in the right amount at the right time in the right manner, at the right place.” here right thing means any type of activity or work in good order, right time means a suitable or appropriate time, in right way means – involve in work as required way, right people means to perform the work by persons those are so efficient in particular skill or talent or competence, in right quantity means number of manpower required to perform a work and right place means -right skill or talent deploy on suitable place. This research study completely defines the above philosophy. There is no doubt, if we can say quality education helps children to realize their maximum potential and achieve financial liberty. Education plays a vital role in removing poverty and accomplishing social justice. India has made great large step in increasing literacy rates across the country and sustained number of schemes for promoting, learning and schooling. Looking at the percentage of child workers in the population aged 6 to 13 reveals that both main and marginal workers made up the entire category of child workers, which totaled 3.48% of the overall population. Based on available statistics, Uttar Pradesh has the highest rate of child labor, accounting for more than 20% of all workers in India. Research from the UNICEF and the International Labour Organization, there are more than 160 million youngsters working as children globally. According to sources, 1 in 10 children between the ages of 5 and 16 are still working as youngsters, and progress has stagnated since 2016. This translates to 63 million females and 97 million boys. Now question has been raised is 60 % of Indian children are getting minimum education or not? Why they have left their education? Why they are involved in financial assistance at home? Is it such a shameful picture of India? Present paper focused on root causes of child labour and its effect on child progress and development and on our country.
