Among the myriad consequences, adult patients recovering from COVID- 19 face significant challenges in their psychological well-being and nutritional status. This paper explores the psychological and nutritional effects experienced by adults recovering from COVID-19. It highlights prevalent mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and PTSD, alongside nutritional challenges such as malnutrition and deficiencies in critical vitamins and minerals. The interplay between mental health and nutrition is discussed, emphasizing the importance of integrated approaches to recovery.
