This study employs a descriptive quantitative research design and utilizes snowball sampling to examine the impact of leadership effectiveness, work-life balance, recognition and reward systems, organizational culture, and opportunities for growth and development on employee engagement. Using a sample of 150 employees, the study applies frequency analysis, correlation, and regression techniques to determine the significance of these factors. The findings reveal that leadership effectiveness, work-life balance, and recognition systems are the most significant predictors of engagement, while organizational culture and growth opportunities play supporting roles. The study provides practical implications for organizations to enhance employee engagement strategies through leadership development, flexible work policies, and structured recognition frameworks.
