     Abstract

In the contemporary construction industry, concrete is indispensable, with advancements in its components such as high-quality cement and coarse aggregates. Sand, a key ingredient in concrete, is typically sourced from natural deposits, making its grade uncontrollable. This study explores M-25 and M-30 grade concrete cubes to assess properties like compressive strength and workability. Additionally, it reviews literature on the latest developments in concrete technology and the incorporation of fibers and innovative materials in construction.
